Can you believe it’s only 100 days ’till Christmas? Wow. Any day now and I’ll need to have my shopping done, the class treats planned and made, decorations pulled from storage and set out, Christmas tree up….Yikes!
Well, I guess in the mean time I’ll just waste a bit of my time and checkout what other, more organized and planned people have already done for the holidays! Here are my faves…
- This would be cute either to have at home (like I need any more sweets with easy access!) or to send to the kid’s classroom for the teacher to handout as rewards.
- I don’t really follow Advent traditions but since the kids would be able to see that there is SOMETHING there, I think the excitement would be inevitable and fun!
- I never know what to do with all the beautiful and thoughtful cards I receive over the holidays. This is something I could easily do and it looks super cute!
- Even though the Miami weather is “cold” all of two or three days each winter, the school building is freezing all year!!!!!! This would be a nice treat for the teachers and would help keep them toasty warm!
OK, enough dreaming and hoping that I’ll be able to do all these great ideas (or will I?) What are your goals for the holiday season? Have you created your own “to do”list?
