Book Review {Harlequin Romance Novel}

A Nameless Book Review

I would REALLY feel like a rock star if at the very least I could remember the title of the book I read. Or the main character’s name. I’m not kidding. I just spent way too much time google/amazon searching for the Title and Author unsuccessfully.

My search terms? “Harlequin Romance set in Massachusetts fishing village” “Harlequin Romance with pet dog” “Harlequin Romance in Diner” etc, etc, etc. Apparently, these are ALL common themes!

A quick romance in Vegas

I recently mentioned my very limited reading selection in Vegas here. I ended up devouring my Massachusetts, fishing village, diner owner with a dog story faster than most (all?) of my regular deep soul transcending, parenting improving, relationship enhancing, etc., bedside books. Why? In my case, it was just SO EASY to read! There was no thinking, no strategizing or mental note taking. Just reading. What a novel concept!

The fact that I spent the equivalent of a full work day pool side in silence helped a little but, I  will certainly consider buying another drugstore “Top 10″ romance selection someday just to relax and disconnect.

Sound enticing? Here is a direct link to Amazon’s romance section and even a direct link to Harlequin Romance Novel’s site.

FYI – The cover of the one I read was similar to this (except they were on a boat):

Do you have any suggestions for my next romantic adventure?
