I am so glad you are here! My nickname is Tiza and I am a wife to Guayo (again a nickname) from Guatemala, blessed mom to Gaby and Sofi (8 and 6 years old), and embarking a new and exciting adventure at  36 years old. I was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela and now live in my second favorite home of 15 years, Miami, yet a lover of many corners of this world (including Tokoname, Japan where I lived as an exchange student).

FORMALLY: I have been in the Miami event planning industry for 15 years starting with a yummy JWU Culinary Degree immediately followed by a Hospitality Bachelor’s Degree from FIU. I have always loved the industry and every single job I’ve had from server to restaurant manager, catering manager, wedding planner, and until very recently, an event designer for one of Miami’s elite event production companies. Yup, I make fairy tale birthdays and dream weddings come true!

INFORMALLY: Passionate about travel, a foodie, a classical music and choir geek, Shotokan-Karate enthusiast, international cinema fan, book lover, crafter-wanna-be , on a constant non-fanatical quest to greener living, somewhat of a mommy’s girl, always involved with my girls’ school life, and as a result, a constant seeker of a healthy family-work-self balance.
